Managing Director & Co-Founder
Personally recruits and places talent at the director through CEO level for the firm’s clients. James has clients in North America, Europe and Asia. Previously served as VP HR at MSG and WMG. Prior Managing Director at a global executive recruiting firm. Taught at the grad level in music business at NYU and HR at New School. University of Pennsylvania BA in Psych. Columbia MBA. SPHR.
Mikal Celentano
Managing Director & Co-Founder
Sought-after executive recruiter, filling roles in marketing, digital, finance and operations. Previously ran a cause-marketing agency, and prior to that was Director Global Marketing at Tumi Inc. where she was responsible for marketing operations, ecommerce and global D2C. Wellesley BA in Art History. Columbia MBA.
Karol Mattes
Director
Karol works with C-level teams and boards to fill Director through C-level roles, and her sector expertise spans labels, artist management, live and music tech. Previously a Client Partner in the entertainment practice at a global executive recruiting firm. Karol is based in Chicago and has lived and worked in the UK and Italy. University of Illinois BS in Journalism. University of South Carolina MBA.
Eduardo Magallanes
Eduardo is part of the firm's extended team. He runs international executive recruiting assignments in music and other industries. Previously held commercial, P&L and GM roles in the US, Mexico, Italy and Portugal and had responsibility for teams up to 1600 colleagues in 20 countries, in a career that spanned Bayer, AbbVie, BMS and Janssen.
