James Celentano is a leader in management consulting, business development, operations, human resources and talent management. James' unique cross functional expertise benefits Boards, C-level leaders and their organizations. He has made a lasting impact for C-level leaders and their organizations through his HR leadership roles at operating companies such as The Madison Square Garden Company and at Warner Music Group. In client facing organizations Extensis, Hudson Gain and Korn Ferry, he built businesses, launched new services, cultivated client relationships and delivered solutions that impacted client growth, streamlined operations and managed risk.
James is an adjunct at NYU’s Steinhardt School. He holds an MBA from Columbia Business School, a BA in Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania and an SPHR certification.
James’ outside interests include mentoring, music and mountain biking.
Mikal Celentano is a leader in marketing, premium goods and operations. Mikal's clients more effectively attract customers, grow relationships, and align their business operations with their strategic leadership agenda. At Hotathon she harnessed social media and the viral power of music to lead awareness campaigns for select non-profit organizations. Mikal spent 17 years in product management, marketing, international marketing and ecommerce at Tumi, the luxury travel goods company. She relaunched Tumi’s direct to consumer store which outperformed the company’s goals and prior online stores. She also managed operations for leadership consulting firm Hudson Gain Corporation.
She holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a BA in Art History from Wellesley College.
Mikal’s outside interests include art, cause marketing and cooking.
Yuna Perry is a Senior Advisor on EnterGain’s extended team. She brings deep expertise in executive recruiting, organizational design, workforce development and diversity hiring. Yuna works across the consumer, apparel, financial services, media and technology sectors. She is also a Managing Director at Zeitgeist Reach, the educational software and community engagement solution focused on upskilling and empowering talent in empowerment zone communities.
Prior to her roles with EnterGain and with Zeitgeist, Yuna was a leader in the internal executive recruiting team at Audible, an Amazon Company in direct support of its CEO. At Audible – and in prior roles at NBC Universal, JPMorgan Chase and Nike – Yuna attracted and hired C-level talent across a wide range of functions including marketing, finance, content, operations, technology and more.
Yuna received her BA degree from The University of California, Davis and completed work toward a PhD in Media Ecology at NYU.
Rachel Wallins is a member of EnterGain’s extended team. She specializes in working with clients in the music, creative agency, retail, consumer, media and technology sectors. Rachel is a leader in improving employee experience, increasing employee performance, building HR and leadership development programs and providing executive coaching. She helps clients align people processes and programs to the business strategy to drive results.
Prior to EnterGain, her career included Vice President level roles in strategic human resources, learning, change, organizational development and communications. She has held senior roles at MTV Networks, Ketchum PR, L’Occitane en Provence, Ross Stores and The Children’s Place and was a management consultant for Deloitte.
Rachel holds an MA in Adult Education from Ohio State University, a BA in English from the University of Oregon, and a Post-Master’s Certification in Organizational Development from The New School. Rachel is certified in six leadership assessments and is a certified Executive Coach from the NeuroLeadership Institute in New York City.
