James Celentano is a leader in management consulting, business development, operations, human resources and talent management. James' unique cross functional expertise benefits Boards, C-level leaders and their organizations. He has made a lasting impact for C-level leaders and their organizations through his HR leadership roles at operating companies such as The Madison Square Garden Company and at Warner Music Group. In client facing organizations Extensis, Hudson Gain and Korn Ferry, he built businesses, launched new services, cultivated client relationships and delivered solutions that impacted client growth, streamlined operations and managed risk.
James is an adjunct at NYU’s Steinhardt School. He holds an MBA from Columbia Business School, a BA in Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania and an SPHR certification.

Mikal Celentano is a leader in marketing, premium goods and operations. Mikal's clients more effectively attract customers, grow relationships, and align their business operations with their strategic leadership agenda. At Hotathon she harnessed social media and the viral power of music to lead awareness campaigns for select non-profit organizations. Mikal spent 17 years in product management, marketing, international marketing and ecommerce at Tumi, the luxury travel goods company. She relaunched Tumi’s direct to consumer store which outperformed the company’s goals and prior online stores. She also managed operations for leadership consulting firm Hudson Gain Corporation.
She holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a BA in Art History from Wellesley College.

Karol Mattes is a Director on EnterGain’s extended team. A leader in executive recruiting, management consulting, business development, human resources and talent management, Karol brings a collaborative, consultative approach to companies seeking best-in-class executives and human capital processes across the media, entertainment and technology landscape. Karol has extensive experience working with Boards and C-level decision makers to translate business objectives into hiring criteria, and has filled roles across a wide range of functions including sales, marketing, digital, sponsorship, finance, operations and more.
Her prior experience includes leadership roles – both paid and pro-bono – at organizations such as Korn/Ferry and PEO International, where she has helped organizations conceptualize and enact impactful new programs, develop learning and training curriculum, and manage strategic hiring and onboarding.
Karol holds an MBA from the Darla Moore School of Business at the University of South Carolina, and a BS in Journalism from the University of Illinois in Champaign-Urbana. She has lived and worked abroad in both the UK and Italy and is fluent in Italian.
An award-winning weaver and avid baker and knitter, Karol’s personal passions include creative pursuits, family and volunteering within her community.

Eduardo is a Director at EnterGain, where he established and leads the firm’s global Life Sciences practice and covers Latin America & Iberia across music, tech and other industries. Eduardo delivers solutions for clients in executive recruiting, leadership development and strategic planning. Eduardo is sought after for his expertise in structuring and filling key roles, optimizing international teams, advising clients on developing leadership capability, and bringing solutions in org design, DEI, organizational culture and strategy. He leverages a track record of impacting organizations globally, from new ventures to Fortune 500 companies.
Eduardo’s work is informed by three decades of professional advancement in sales, marketing, market access, startups, turnarounds, P&L and general management. Prior to EnterGain, Eduardo led a 25+ country organization at Bayer Pharmaceuticals with full P&L, over $1B in revenue and 1600 employees, achieving product introductions, turnarounds and growth. Prior to that at AbbVie, as GM Mexico, Eduardo launched a business and grew it to $165M in two years and was instrumental in the spinoff from Abbott Laboratories. Earlier, he spent 15 years at Bristol Myers Squibb where he held leadership roles in the US, Mexico, Italy and Portugal.
Eduardo has been surrounded by the music industry – the son of a Grammy winning writer, producer and arranger, and the father of a Berklee College of Music grad. Eduardo brings a unique cross discipline approach to EnterGain’s music ecosystem clients as they scale their business in LatAm, Iberia and beyond.
Currently based in the Princeton area, Eduardo has lived and worked on 3 continents, and led teams in over 20 countries. With a high level of multicultural fluency, Eduardo conducts business in English, Spanish, Portuguese and Italian. Eduardo holds an MBA from Thunderbird, and a BS in Business from Universidad Iberoamericana, Ciudad de Mexico, and completed executive leadership programs at INSEAD, Harvard, London Business School and Northwestern’s Kellogg School. He has also served on several industry association boards.
