Thanks for scanning my QR code! I am one of the Co-Founders at EnterGain. I'm in a client service role, which means I get to work with some of the most inspiring leaders in music, tech, finance, entertainment, consumer products, healthcare, education, non-profit and more. I'm grateful to have partnered with over 80 client organizations and hundreds of leaders over the last decade in my work at EnterGain.
I personally lead executive recruiting projects, develop and facilitate leadership upskilling programs for client teams, and lead strategy engagements for client organizations. I have had the pleasure of developing candidates and serving clients, and their teams, across cultures and continents in North America, Europe, and Asia.

In my prior professional life, I have worn many hats, having served as a head of HR, led business development teams, launched products, and managed P&Ls. I enjoyed a journey in public and private companies, advancing through leadership roles at Korn Ferry, TVT Records, Warner Music Group, ExtensisHR / NIP Group and The Madison Square Garden Company before co-founding EnterGain.
I'm fortunate to have studied Psychology at Temple University and the University of Pennsylvania and earned an MBA from Columbia Business School. I maintain an active SPHR certification. Previously, I spent 14 years as an adjunct professor in graduate programs, first at The New School and later at New York University.
