Hi, I'm James! 

I am the Managing Director and Co-Founder at EnterGain. I personally run executive recruiting projects, create and facilitate leadership upskilling programs, and lead strategy engagements for 
clients. I have clients in North America, Europe and Asia. Previously, I served as VP HR at MSG and WMG. Prior to that I was the Managing Director at a global executive recruiting firm. I taught at the grad level in music business at NYU and HR at New School.
