Hi, I'm Mikal! 

I am a Co-Founder & Managing Director at EnterGain. I also work as an executive recruiter, learning program facilitator, and operational strategy consultant. Previously, I ran a cause-marketing agency, and prior to that I was the Director of Global Marketing at Tumi Inc. where I was responsible for marketing operations, ecommerce, and global D2C. In my early career I worked for the Los Angeles County Museum of Art.
